About The Position

The Quality & Evaluation section provides data-driven oversight, evaluation, and improvement of DMH/DD/SUS programs. It designs, maintains, and enhances quality and evaluation design to support quality improvement, performance measurement, and data-informed decision-making across the division. It provides data and information for required state and federal reporting compliance. The AD of Quality and Evaluation provides direct oversight, guidance, and leadership for a team of data analysts and supporting staff specializing in business analyses, quality management, program evaluation, and data interpretation related to mental health, developmental disabilities, substance use, and traumatic brain injury. The position manages and coordinates people, projects, and analytical processes for evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a discipline specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity; OR Bachelor's degree in a discipline specific to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and six years of experience in the area of assignment, including two years in a supervisory or consultative capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
