About The Position
Supervises activities associated with the assembly and delivery of meals for inmates in Dallas County facilities. Supervises the following activities: Dish Room, Floor Security, transporting of meals, and laundry services. Coordinates with supervisors of Dallas County Facilities Management Department for routine and daily preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment. Coordinates with the Automotive Service Center supervisors for preventive maintenance and repair of six trucks and one van. Manages budget of approximately $850,000. Functions as Division Commander in absence of the Captain.
