About The Position

Assist head coach in developing a highly competitive NAIA soccer team. Assist with recruiting, scheduling competitions, game management, team travel plans, practice organization, winter and summer camps and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous college playing experience
• Administrative ability to help manage the day-to-day operations of soccer program.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and communications skills required.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must display the highest of ethical standards and commitment to the overall success of A&M-V Athletics program.
• Security-sensitive position. Applicants are subject to a criminal history investigation, and employment is contingent upon the institution’s verification of credentials and/or other information required by the institution’s procedures, including the completion of the criminal history check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous playing and/or coaching experience on the collegiate level preferred.
• NAIA experience preferred.
• Specific experience in goalkeeper training preferred.
• Collegiate coaching experience.

Benefits

• Starting salary for this position is $2,750 monthly and is negotiable depending on education and experience.
