About The Position
Assist head coach in developing a highly competitive NAIA soccer team. Assist with recruiting, scheduling competitions, game management, team travel plans, practice organization, winter and summer camps and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous college playing experience
- Administrative ability to help manage the day-to-day operations of soccer program.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must display the highest of ethical standards and commitment to the overall success of A&M-V Athletics program.
- Applicants are subject to a criminal history investigation, and employment is contingent upon the institution’s verification of credentials and/or other information required by the institution’s procedures, including the completion of the criminal history check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous playing and/or coaching experience on the collegiate level preferred.
- NAIA experience preferred.
- Specific experience in goalkeeper training preferred.
- Collegiate coaching experience.

Benefits
- Commensurate salary
- Starting salary for this position is $2,750 monthly and is negotiable depending on education and experience.
