The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supports the Branch & Community Engagement Manager (BCM) with branch operations oversight, staff performance, and member service excellence. This role helps ensure the branch meets its financial, operational, and sales goals while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Provides leadership, guidance, and support to team members, resolves member concerns, and ensures a smooth, efficient, and member-focused environment.
