About The Position

Join Casey’s in shaping a better future for our communities, guests, and team members as an Assortment Master Data Specialist! In this role you'll ensure accurate store-specific assortment data to support Casey’s forecasting, replenishment, and ordering processes. You will partner with Store Operations, Merchandising, and suppliers to manage product lifecycle data, manage stocking orders, and maintain key system master data using tools like Relex, Oracle and Excel. The Assortment Master Data Specialist plays a vital role in enabling smooth store transitions and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in retail, merchandising, or data management.
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) technology.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to manage and accurately maintain and analyze data in complex systems.
  • Quick learner with ability to understand and navigate multiple software systems and their integrations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to create, maintain and submit stocking orders for all new, remodeled and acquired store locations.
  • Coordinate stocking order deliveries with Store Operations and DC/Transportation teams to ensure timely execution for all store activity.
  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications related to store activity, including opening, remodel and acquisition notices.
  • Manage product and store lifecycle data to accurately inform Forecasting & Replenishment systems.
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date store list for use by Merchandising and other internal stakeholders. Provide store lists and planograms to supplier and Merchandise partners as needed; maintain accurate distribution lists.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to accurately maintain and publish the store product order guide.
  • Partner with Merchandising teams to stay informed on product lifecycle activities-including new item introductions, expansions, resets, and discontinuations-to ensure assortment data management.
  • Maintain and update master data related to system ordering restrictions and exceptions.
  • Leverage Relex and Oracle Retail tools to manage Store-Specific Assortment Data Management, supporting accurate forecasting, replenishment and store level ordering.
  • Manage Service Now Merchandising store ticket intake, assessment and assignment of tickets to various Merchandising teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
