About The Position

The Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs.

Associates accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, promote credit and loyalty programs, and process merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures. They maintain merchandising standards, participate in store recovery and cleanliness, support shrink reduction and safety programs, and follow applicable labor laws, policies, and procedures. The Associate also contributes to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, respect, and constructive feedback. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work in multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
