About The Position

BidFTA is a rapidly growing online auction marketplace, established in 2006, with more than 30 auction pickup centers and a bidder base of over 1 million. The company partners with major retailers to provide liquidation solutions for overstock, customer returns, discontinued products, and refurbished goods.

Associates create a memorable customer experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The position requires accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and an interest in contributing to the business and team. The work environment is described as fast-paced but casual.

This part-time position is based at 1260 W Ohio Pike, Amelia, OH 45102. Listed weekday shifts are 9:30 AM–2:00 PM, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM, and 2:00 PM–6:30 PM. Flexible scheduling may be available based on employee availability and operational needs. Pay is $14.00. The role is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.

• Experience using an iOS device such as an iPad; it is a plus but not required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and answer questions about the auction pickup process.
• Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items.
• Help customers find their items.
• Perform customer checkout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lot products by photographing and grading them and confirming accurate auction-item descriptions.
• Stay informed about and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures.
