About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to the achievement of Company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, helps deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, and supports store operations. Associates are expected to create a warm, welcoming environment and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures, garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes, or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions, with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
