About The Position

This role is responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets for vaccines. The associate will conduct effective field work with minimal supervision, reporting daily activities on an online system, and meeting call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms for the assigned division. The core responsibilities include generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share by promoting the division's products according to strategy. Building strong relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists is crucial, as is facilitating strategy building and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma minimum education
  • 2+ Yrs of experience
  • Prior/current experience in same therapy
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider
  • Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage
