About The Position
As an Associate at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment. Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Requirements
- Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply chain/ Logistics planning, Demand planning, Supply planning, Materials planning, Inventory planning, Capacity planning, Master Production Scheduling, Sales Planning and Customer Logistics, Business/ Long term network capacity planning
- Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
- Fluent in English.
Nice To Haves
- MBA degree preferred
- Experience working as a Management Consultant is a plus.

- Functional day to day planning (e.g., reference functional experience above)
- Demand Forecasting
- Distribution requirements planning
- Rough cut capacity planning
- Inventory Management
- SIOP/ S&OP Design, Implementation and Execution
- E2E Planning Transformation
- Experience implementing or managing planning technology (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle EPM, etc.)
