About The Position

As an Associate, you are the face of the dispensary and help create welcoming, compliant, and efficient customer experiences. You greet and assist customers, guide them toward products that fit their needs, and contribute to customer satisfaction and store sales goals. You also help maintain the sales floor, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check and scan customer IDs accurately and consistently, ensuring interactions are safe and compliant.
• Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences.
• Stay current on products, effects, and promotions, and suggest relevant add-on products.
• Support store goals, including AOV, UPT, and customer satisfaction.
• Restock and organize the sales floor and keep displays clean and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Help check in deliveries and verify products and quantities.
• Follow processes that ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a positive and respectful environment, support teammates, and step in where needed.
