About The Position

The Asset & Wealth Management Risk and Governance Associate will play a pivotal role in a high-priority strategic program: the development and implementation of a comprehensive Global Risk Profile. This initiative is designed to unify risk oversight across our main business segments, as well as our globally regulated entities, ensuring a consistent approach to identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks in an increasingly complex macroeconomic and regulatory environment. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to support the development and maintenance of the AWM Risk Profile. This will involve identifying critical risks, developing sophisticated scoring methodologies and translating these into functional requirements for Business Intelligence teams. This role also includes active stakeholder engagement and managing deliverables within project timelines and provides actionable insights for Executive level leadership. This is a unique opportunity for an emerging professional to gain exposure to multi-asset class risk management, strategic project execution, and high-level stakeholder engagement within a premier financial institution.
