Requirements

MHE equipment required
Computer skills / SAP
Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Receives daily product returns, updates customer information, complete paper by matching return authorization.
Repackage products and ensure documentation is completed for each packet.
Contacts customer via phone, fax, email or in person.
Ships returns to appropriate locations.
