About The Position
Winston Taylor is seeking a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of structured finance experience, with a strong deal background at a law firm focusing on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience with various asset types and structures is preferred. This position is available in our Los Angeles, New York, and Charlotte offices. Requirements
- Mid-level associate position.
- At least four years of structured finance experience.
- Strong deal experience at a law firm.
