About The Position

As an Associate, you are the face of the dispensary and help create a welcoming, confident, and well-supported customer experience. You serve as a product guide while helping ensure that customer interactions are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with expectations. The role involves staying busy in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organized and appealing store areas, and taking ownership of tasks through to completion.

Associates greet customers, check and scan IDs, make product recommendations, stay informed about products, effects, and promotions, and support sales and customer satisfaction goals. They also restock and organize the sales floor, maintain displays, assist with inventory counts, audits, and deliveries, and follow processes that support inventory accuracy and compliance. Associates contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Stay up to date on products, effects, and promotions.
• Suggest add-ons when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
• Support store goals such as average order value, units per transaction, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Restock and organize the sales floor.
• Keep displays clean, neat, and visually appealing.
• Help maintain a welcoming and well-organized store.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Help check in deliveries and verify products and quantities.
• Follow processes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a positive and respectful environment and support teammates where needed.
