The Web Merchandising team is a key function in the Direct to Consumer (DTC) organization that collaborates cross-functionally to help Williams Sonoma continue to create an immersive, ecommerce first experience for our consumers. The team drives site merchandising strategy and execution for all categories, collaborating with merchandising to drive site implementation of product and content strategy, consumer experience strategy and optimization as well as with the digital operations team. As an Associate Website Merchandiser you will execute online business, merchandise, and marketing strategies for multiple product divisions within the Pottery Barn Kids brand to maximize sales. You will identify opportunities and recommend new concepts to retain current and attract new customers to grow the brand reach and drive conversion, work cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and e-marketing teams to ensure flawless execution, and participate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team environment.
