You’ll receive hands-on training and support while building skills that directly impact customer success and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time onsite position based at our Grand Rapids warehouse location, working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime during high-volume periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, distribution, food service, retail, or other fast-paced environments is helpful but not required
Open to recent graduates interested in supply chain, logistics, or operations careers

Responsibilities

Receive, package, store, and ship products accurately and efficiently
Pick parts and prepare work orders to meet shipping timelines and customer expectations
Learn warehouse systems, processes, and workflows through hands-on training
Use warehouse equipment and tools including hi-lo, order picker, tape machines, and packaging equipment
Complete testing and logging of incoming equipment using internal systems and ERP platforms
Accurately enter and maintain information within SAP, Oracle, and other systems
Perform cycle counts and help maintain strong inventory accuracy
Coordinate with shipping, receiving, repair, inventory, sales, and order management teams
Prioritize orders based on shipping method and business needs
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Communicate inventory or order discrepancies to appropriate teams
Support daily warehouse operations during busy periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end volume surges
Continue developing operational knowledge across multiple departments
Learn advanced shipping processes over time, including international shipments and lithium battery handling
