About The Position

Tipp City Veterinary Hospital seeks a full-time or part-time, experienced or new grad veterinarian to join our privately owned, award-winning, and AAHA-accredited practice in Tipp City, Ohio. This opening is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team that's continuing to grow, with 104 team members across our campus. TCVH has served the community for over 45 years and works with canines, felines, and companion exotics (small mammals, reptiles, and avians). Our modern 45,000-square-foot campus includes three well-equipped buildings offering the highest level of veterinary and pet care services.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio.
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time.
  • Willingness to work rotated weekends (typically one out of every four).

Responsibilities

  • Practice high-quality medicine with a Fear-Free focus.
  • Provide veterinary and pet care services.
  • Educate pet owners about their care options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management on medical protocols, standards of care, and hospital updates.
  • Provide mentorship to new or recent graduates.

Benefits

  • Production-elevated compensation with generous base salaries starting between $125,000-145,000.
  • Average annual compensation for full-time veterinarians is around $206,000 (working 24-35 hours per week).
