About The Position

This role involves providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, and select exotics. The veterinarian will communicate treatment plans and wellness recommendations clearly to clients, participate in mentoring, case consultations, and team development, and help build a client-focused preventive care program and support community outreach. The practice is seeking a veterinarian proficient in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. Experience is preferred, but new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree and active or transferable state veterinary license (Tennessee).
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-first attitude.
- Proficient in general medicine, surgery and dentistry.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to practice growth; surgical confidence preferred but not required.
