About The Position

Nease Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their team as they grow from two doctors to three. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, supportive practice where you'll have the caseload, mentorship, and autonomy to build a fulfilling career in small animal medicine. The practice offers a full scope of general practice medicine with a strong emphasis on soft tissue surgery. They are looking for someone who is surgically motivated and excited to grow their surgical skillset, including spays/neuters, mass removals, GI surgery, and beyond. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply, as mentorship and support are provided to help build confidence in the surgery suite and in practice. The role involves a collaborative team environment with experienced doctors and support staff invested in the veterinarian's growth.

Requirements

DVM from an accredited veterinary school
Active or eligible veterinary license in Florida
Genuine interest and motivation toward soft tissue surgery
Strong communication skills
Team-first mindset
