About The Position

Parkview Cat Clinic, a well-established veterinary practice dedicated exclusively to feline health and well-being for over 30 years, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian. As a GOLD AAFP Certified Cat-Friendly Practice, we pride ourselves on providing a calm and stress-free environment for both cats and their owners. We offer comprehensive feline care, including preventive health, advanced diagnostics, and tailored treatment plans. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with digital dental and full-body radiology, and ultrasound. For complex surgeries, we partner with boarded surgeons, and our close proximity to three 24-hour referral centers ensures access to specialized care when needed. All staff members are certified Feline Friendly through the AAFP, and our team is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care to every cat we treat. This full-time role offers a consistent 4-day schedule with no on-call shifts or after-hours emergencies. The position focuses on client-centered internal medicine and surgery, primarily routine procedures such as dentistry and other soft tissue surgeries. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota.
  • Certified Feline Friendly through the AAFP (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Experience in internal medicine and surgery.
  • Proficiency in performing routine dental and soft tissue surgeries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
