About The Position

A progressive, relationship-centered small animal hospital in the Indianapolis metropolitan area is seeking an experienced full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its team. The practice provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats and is looking for a veterinarian who values collaboration, strong client relationships, and high-quality medicine. This position is not currently open to new graduates. Doctors work four days per week, typically 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities. A 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio provides experienced, knowledgeable support so veterinarians can concentrate on their patients and medicine. The hospital is designed to support efficient workflows and comprehensive small animal medicine, with advanced technology and systems supporting medical, surgical, dental, and diagnostic care. Doctors can choose among different compensation structures based on their preferences, including base-only, production-only, or base-plus-production models.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Indiana veterinary license
• Previous clinical experience in small animal practice
• Strong medical, surgical, and dental skills
• Commitment to collaborative, relationship-centered veterinary care
• Not a new graduate
