About The Position

CityVet West Moore is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their hybrid General Practice and Urgent Care hospital. This role offers the opportunity to practice a variety of medicine, from preventive care and surgery to handling same-day medical cases. The hospital is open seven days a week, with a dynamic caseload, especially on weekends, making it ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced environment and the challenge of urgent care medicine. The team is described as close-knit, professional, and supportive, with experienced veterinary assistants. The hospital is well-equipped with modern technology for diagnostics and treatment.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
Collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.
Comfortable practicing independently.
Enjoys surgery and dentistry as part of their regular caseload.
Enjoys practicing in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.

Practice high-quality medicine with confidence in a hybrid General Practice and Urgent Care setting.
Perform preventive medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
Manage same-day medical cases and urgent walk-ins.
Stabilize urgent cases.
