Full Time Associate Veterinarian - Union, KY
About The Position
IndeVets is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Union, KY. We offer a unique employment model designed to provide stability, support, and control to veterinary careers. As a full-time W-2 veterinarian, you will work 4-5 days per week and have the ability to control your schedule with the help of a dedicated scheduling coordinator. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary, with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience. We offer clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provide dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians. Additionally, you will have access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE and professional development opportunities. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
