About The Position

You will receive a guaranteed salary as a foundation, with the opportunity to earn more by taking on additional shifts when convenient. These extra shifts can be compensated or converted into additional Paid Time Off (PTO), offering flexibility in how you are rewarded. You will practice in various trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. We aim to accommodate interests in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care within your schedule when feasible. This model provides a structured and sustainable way to remain engaged in veterinary medicine without the stress of constantly searching for shifts or rebuilding your schedule weekly.

Requirements

DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
Active license (or ability to obtain).
DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
Confidence practicing independently.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Nice To Haves

GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
Internship training.
