About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Manchester, NH. We offer a unique employment model designed to provide stability, support, and control to veterinary careers. As a full-time W-2 veterinarian, you will work 4-5 days per week, with a schedule you control, built in advance by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary, with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience. We offer clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and provide dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians. Additionally, access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are available. Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent).
  • Active license (or ability to obtain).
  • DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable).
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
  • Confidence practicing independently.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Nice To Haves

  • GP, ER, or urgent care experience.
  • Internship training.

Responsibilities

  • Practice veterinary medicine with a focus on patient care, not numbers.
