About The Position

As a full-time W-2 veterinarian working 4-5 days per week, you will have control over your schedule, which will be built in advance by a dedicated coordinator. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience. The role offers a guaranteed salary with the option to earn more through additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into PTO. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience
• Internship training
