About The Position

This full-time W-2 position allows veterinarians to work 4-5 days per week, building a controlled schedule in advance with a dedicated coordinator. The position emphasizes practicing medicine your way, without production quotas, negative accrual, or restrictive non-competes, focusing on patient care rather than numbers. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
