About The Position

Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital & Pet Resort is seeking an Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about helping pets and people, dedicated to providing the highest level of medicine, and committed to exceptional service. We welcome both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced veterinarians. Our practice is a seven-doctor, small animal, full-service general practice located in Norman, Oklahoma. Norman offers a blend of small-town charm and college-town energy, with amenities comparable to larger cities. Our practice focuses on high-quality, comprehensive patient care, recognizing the importance of the human-animal bond and treating clients and patients like family. We offer a wide range of services including examinations, vaccines, surgery, dentistry, laser therapy, endoscopy, ultrasonography, digital radiology, CT scans, rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture, and boarding. We are supported by experienced licensed staff, outstanding assistants, client care coordinators, and a strong management team.

Requirements

  • Must have or be eligible for a veterinary license in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Must be able to hold both state and federal narcotics licenses.
  • Must have or be eligible for accreditation through the USDA APHIS to write health certificates for animal transport.
  • First motivation is to help clients provide the care they desire for their pet.
  • Belief in premium pet care and the value of preventive care.
