About The Position
Beckley Veterinary Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital in Beckley, West Virginia, providing personalized veterinary care and building lasting relationships with the families it serves. The hospital offers preventive care, dentistry, surgery, orthopedics, advanced diagnostics, and urgent care. The Associate Veterinarian will provide medical, surgical, and preventive care to companion animals, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, perform routine surgeries and dental procedures based on experience and interests, and work collaboratively with the veterinary team. The role also involves educating and communicating compassionately with clients and contributing to a positive, supportive, team-oriented hospital culture. New graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active or eligible veterinary license in West Virginia.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.
- Collaborative, compassionate, and team-focused attitude.
