Full-Time Associate Veterinarian - Dallas, TX
About The Position
IndeVets is reimagining the role of an associate veterinarian by offering a sustainable career path with control over your schedule and guaranteed income. As a full-time W-2 veterinarian, you will work 4-5 days per week, with a schedule built in advance by a dedicated coordinator. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will have a guaranteed salary and the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. We support your practice with medical leadership, mentorship, a collaborative community, and access to a veterinary social worker. We also offer ongoing CE and professional development opportunities. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
