About The Position
CityVet Casselberry is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, doctor-led team alongside Dr. Kaitlyn Guerrido and her growing team. The clinic emphasizes compassionate medicine, strong client relationships, and collaborative teamwork, with interests including preventive care, surgery, and reproductive medicine. CityVet supports veterinarians in practicing medicine their way while offering national resources, mentorship, career growth, and potential ownership opportunities. The veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care to pets and build lasting relationships with their owners. The role focuses on general practice and/or urgent care services. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with a progressive model and no earning ceiling, plus production commission of up to 28% with no negative accrual. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice in the state or eligible for licensure.
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Interest in general practice and/or urgent care medicine.
