About The Position

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established small animal practice in East Los Angeles County. This opportunity offers a broad general practice caseload, medical autonomy, mentorship, and an experienced team focused on collaborative patient care. Veterinarians at different stages of their careers are encouraged to explore the opportunity. This opportunity combines broad GP medicine with flexibility, autonomy, and room for continued growth. For a newer veterinarian, there is access to mentorship and professional development. For an experienced DVM, there is room to bring established skills while maintaining control over how you practice medicine.

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active California veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency or developing proficiency in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Interest in continued professional development

Nice To Haves

• DEA licensure and USDA accreditation are preferred but are not required at the time of application.
