About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We offer a unique employment model designed to provide stability, support, and control to veterinary careers. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will earn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control. Your schedule is built in advance around your preferences by a dedicated scheduling coordinator, providing predictability for your life outside of work. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will practice across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. We offer clinical autonomy with a focus on patient care, not numbers, and you will have dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians. Additionally, access to a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are provided.

Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Nice To Haves

• Internship training
