About The Position

Bond Vet is a veterinary care provider focused on strengthening the human-animal bond through primary and urgent care. They operate clinics designed for pets and people, integrating technology to enhance the experience for veterinary teams, pets, and clients. Following a merger with Small Door Veterinary in July 2026, the combined organization will operate over 55 clinics across major markets in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, serving over half a million pets. This role is crucial in advancing the organization's mission to transform veterinary care.

Requirements

Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure
At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Veterinarian in a clinical setting.
A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
A collaborative mindset.

Interest in advancing dentistry skills.
Interest in performing procedures like cystotomy.

Responsibilities

Practice medicine as you see fit.
Assist with callbacks, scribing, and patient care using provided technology.
Collaborate with clinic, regional, and national medical leaders on development plans.
Reach out to board-certified specialists for expertise on cases.
Potentially perform procedures like cystotomy with support.
Attend internal Bond Vet Team RACE-approved CE.
Focus on patients, not laundry, with provided and laundered scrubs.
