Responsibilities
- Use your skills to mentor fellow veterinarians in their early careers
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain gold-standard medicine
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Help determine the direction of the clinic
- Provide additional support to patients in need through our Care Fund
- Challenge and refine your skills with a wide range of cases, including opportunities to work across our network of clinics
- Handle any case with professionalism and flexibility in the face of evolving veterinary practices and technology
- Inspire a team
- Build lasting connections with clients
- Provide client education and foster animal health through clear, compassionate communication
