Walker Road Animal Hospital is seeking a motivated veterinarian to work alongside our dedicated team of doctors, technicians, and support staff. Located in the vibrant and growing area of Windsor - Essex, ON, our 24/7 emergency hospital is the perfect place to advance your career. New grads are welcome to apply! Walker Road Animal Hospital is one of Windsor-Essex’s only 24-hour emergency veterinary hospitals. In addition to emergency care, we also provide preventative care. Windsor, Ontario, located directly across the Detroit River from Detroit, Michigan, is Canada’s southernmost city. Requirements

• A valid Ontario DVM license
• Strong surgery skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with clients.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to independently manage cases as needed.
• Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule of days, afternoons, midnights, as well as weekend rotations

Nice To Haves

• ER experience is desirable but not required
