About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our practice in Joliet, IL. We offer a unique model for veterinarians, prioritizing work-life balance and career sustainability. As a full-time W-2 employee, you will have control over your schedule, working 4-5 days per week with a guaranteed biweekly salary. Our dedicated scheduling coordinators build your schedule in advance, providing predictability and allowing you to plan your life outside of work. We handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination, so you can focus on practicing medicine. You will have the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted into additional PTO. You will practice across a network of trusted hospital partners, gaining diverse clinical experience and building relationships with teams. We support various interests, including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care, and will work to include these types of shifts in your schedule when possible. This role offers the consistency, benefits, and professional support of a full-time employer, eliminating income uncertainty and last-minute schedule gaps. We emphasize practicing medicine your way, without production quotas, negative accrual, or restrictive non-competes, focusing on patient care rather than numbers. You will have dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians, along with access to a veterinary social worker. Ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are also provided to support your growth.
