About The Position

Estero Animal Hospital is excited to add an Associate Veterinarian to their team. The hospital prides itself on a collaborative culture that integrates a variety of medical and surgical cases, while supporting professional aspirations. This position is suitable for all experience levels. Estero Animal Hospital has been serving the community since 2001 and boasts a facility with digital full body & dental radiology, ultrasound, a dedicated surgical suite, and Evet practice management software. The facility is over 8,500 square feet with 9 exam rooms and is located in Estero, Florida, between Naples and Fort Myers, offering access to beaches, historical sites, shopping, and dining.

Requirements

DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)

Responsibilities

Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
Grow relationships within the practice and the Estero community
Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours
