About The Position

Newton Animal Clinic and Bondurant Animal Clinic are seeking a Part-Time Veterinarian to join their team. This role involves working approximately 25-28 hours per week, focusing on general medicine, surgery, and dentistry. The clinics are progressive, fast-paced general small animal practices located in Newton, Iowa, and Bondurant, Iowa, operating as one larger entity across two locations. They are AAHA certified and offer a comprehensive range of services including preventative care, surgery, urgent care, high-speed dentistry, in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, endoscopy, and ultrasonography. The locations are close to the Des Moines area, offering a good work-life balance with access to various recreational activities and amenities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license

Nice To Haves

• Current DEA License preferred but not required
• USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
