About The Position

Friendship Veterinary Imaging Center is seeking a part-time small animal veterinarian to join our team in Vass, North Carolina (Southern Pines area). This position is centered on patient monitoring and support during imaging procedures. The role is ideal for a DVM who enjoys patient-focused care in a collaborative environment and values a structured clinical setting with strong team support. Friendship Veterinary Imaging Center provides advanced diagnostic imaging services for horses, cats, and dogs, with a dedicated focus on precision, collaboration, and high-quality patient care. We provide support to referring veterinarians by offering outpatient ultrasound, echocardiography, and computed tomography (CT). Our team operates in a highly collaborative, controlled clinical environment where patient safety and diagnostic accuracy are the top priorities. Vass and the surrounding Southern Pines area are known for beautiful pine forests and outdoor recreation, equestrian culture and a strong veterinary presence in the region, golf courses, local restaurants, and a vibrant small-town atmosphere, and easy access to Pinehurst, Aberdeen, and a short drive to the Triangle.
