About The Position

IndeVets is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a part-time W-2 position, allowing veterinarians to work 1-3 days per week with a guaranteed salary and a schedule they control. The role offers flexibility in choosing workdays, with a dedicated scheduling coordinator building the schedule in advance. Veterinarians will practice medicine in various trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the support and stability of a single employer. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy, patient care over numbers, and provides a strong support system including medical leadership, mentorship, a community of fellow veterinarians, and access to a veterinary social worker. Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
