About The Position

IndeVets offers a unique approach to associate veterinarian roles, prioritizing well-being and sustainable career paths. We provide a W-2 employment model with guaranteed income, flexible scheduling, and hands-on support. As a part-time veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will control your schedule, receive a biweekly salary, and have dedicated scheduling support. We handle the logistics, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You can earn more by picking up additional shifts, which can be paid out or converted to PTO. You will practice in various trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the stability of a single employer. We support your interests in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care by including those shifts when possible. Our model eliminates the need for shift searching and weekly schedule rebuilding, offering a structured and sustainable way to practice veterinary medicine.

Requirements

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
• Active license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong communication and client relationship skills

Nice To Haves

• GP, ER, or urgent care experience
• Internship training
