The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of small animal experience and is fully capable and comfortable performing routine surgeries and dentistry independently. This is not a mentorship role—we're looking for someone who can step in with confidence, build strong client relationships, and contribute immediately as a valued member of the medical team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of small animal experience
- Proficiency in routine soft tissue surgeries, including spays, neuters, and mass removals
- Strong dental skills, including performing dental procedures independently
- Confidence in medical decision-making and case management
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Commitment to practicing exceptional medicine and delivering an outstanding client experience
