About The Position

This role offers a full- or part-time schedule with primarily weekday hospital hours, wrapping up at 6 PM. The position includes a competitive salary plus production, relocation assistance, and a full benefits package. The hospital provides full-service care including wellness, surgery, dental, in-house diagnostics, boarding, and grooming. You will be part of a supportive team and have the freedom to practice quality medicine your way. Florida also offers no state income tax.
Requirements
- Full Time OR Part Time Veterinarian
- Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
- Proficient in general medicine and surgery
- Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university
- Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
- Active Veterinary State License
- USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
Responsibilities
- Develop a relationship with our clients and partner with them to deliver the highest quality patient care possible.
- Treat each pet individually to minimize stress, anxiety or discomfort.
- Stay up-to-date with innovative and emerging veterinary medications, procedures, treatments, protocols and equipment.
- Collaborate and function as a team within the hospital.
- Help to continue developing the support team.
- Treat every client like family and each patient like their own pet.
