About The Position

We are an independently owned, two-location veterinary practice seeking another veterinarian to join our team. Cobb & Co has experienced significant growth, and we recently added South Town Animal Hospital, which has a long history and loyal clients. South Town is entering a period of change and growth, involving new technology, improved systems, enhanced training, evolving workflows, and higher expectations. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about these changes and eager to contribute to shaping the future of our practice. This role requires a veterinarian who prioritizes practicing good medicine, continuous learning, teamwork, and adaptability. We value a collaborative environment where technicians and assistants are involved in patient care, and feedback is openly exchanged. Our core values are Patient First, Client Centered, Positive, Collaborative, and Progressive, which guide our hiring, coaching, problem-solving, and strategic decisions. We support veterinarians with an organized onboarding process, structured mentorship, and a gradual increase in independence. This position offers the opportunity to practice excellent medicine, have a voice in practice development, and work with a dedicated team across two hospitals.
