About The Position

Companion Animal Clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their incredible staff. The clinic provides an excellent environment for veterinarians interested in practicing the highest level of medicine and surgery. The pay rate is $140,000 - $170,000 for full-time DVMs, commensurate with experience/shift schedule. The schedule requires full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with rotating 1-2 half day Saturdays per month. General Practice hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM, and Sundays the clinic is closed.

Requirements

• Licensed Virginia Veterinarian – active and in good standing
• All experience levels considered
• General surgical experience or willingness to learn preferred

Responsibilities

• Practice the highest level of medicine and surgery.
• Diagnose and develop treatment options.
• Continually educate and inform clients of the latest relevant health and wellness news.
