About The Position
VCA Farmington Hills Animal Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, is seeking a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join their strong and cohesive team. The hospital boasts a state-of-the-art 6,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with a surgical suite, dental suite, special procedure room, a spacious treatment area, and a total of 5 exam rooms, including a feline-only exam room and a comfort room. The clients are dedicated to their pets' well-being and are willing to invest in their care. The hospital is equipped with advanced medical technology, including a surgical laser, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, cold therapy laser, and ultrasound, enabling veterinarians to practice medicine effectively. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and has been operating for nearly 25 years. The management and support team are described as an extension of the family, fostering a close relationship with clients and patients. The continuous goal is to provide exceptional compassionate service and high-quality medicine. The team consists of committed doctors and technicians who collaborate to ensure excellent patient care. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan.
- Desire to work with a strong and cohesive team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional compassionate service and high-quality medicine.
- Willingness to practice medicine with advanced technology.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a state-of-the-art veterinary facility.
- Experience with surgical lasers, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, cold therapy lasers, and ultrasound.
- AAHA accreditation experience.
- Interest in participating in clinical studies.
