About The Position

IndeVets is seeking a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian for Lodi, WI. This role offers a unique approach to veterinary medicine, prioritizing well-being with sustainable career paths, schedule control, and guaranteed income. As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1-3 days per week, you will have a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control, built in advance by a dedicated scheduling coordinator. IndeVets handles scheduling, logistics, and coordination, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. You will practice across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining the consistency, support, and stability of a single employer. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy with no production quotas, no negative accrual, and no restrictive non-competes. You will have dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of fellow veterinarians, including access to a veterinary social worker. Ongoing CE and professional development opportunities are provided to support growth and retention. This model is designed to prevent burnout.

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
  • Active license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
  • Confidence practicing independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
